Cooking Stage
The Nebraska Beef Council invites you to the upper level of the Qwest Center to enjoy a variety of cooking presentations on their "What's for Dinner" cooking stage. Not only will you have the opportunity to learn some of the tastiest recipes, but you will also get to sample these at the end of the demonstration!
In addition, a new set of kitchen appliances will be given away as well! Visit www.nebeef.org this summer to submit your best beef recipe, with the winners competing on stage at ARCR to select an overall champion who wins all new appliances!
Take time to walk through the various educational beef displays that include informative signs, a light-up board that highlights areas of a cow, learn the various by-products from cows and new this year, visit the fresh cut meat cooler display!
